Submit a Commuter Choice Awards nomination!
Help us reward creative commuting solutions
Do you work for an organization that has been successful with programs that promote transit or other alternatives to driving alone? Do you know of individuals who advocate for smart commuting options? If so, consider nominating them for a 2008 Commuter Choice Award.
Commuter Choice Awards recognize organizations and individuals for their creative solutions in promoting transportation options that help people get to work without adding to gridlock.
The program is open to organizations and individuals from across the seven-county metropolitan area. Nominations require that examples and support materials be provided to demonstrate a high level of commitment to expanding commuter options.
Nominations must be received by Friday, Oct. 17. Winners will be recognized at an awards luncheon at the Science Museum of Minnesota in downtown St. Paul on Thursday, Nov. 20.
The Commuter Choice Awards program is presented by Metro Transit and the region’s transportation management organizations (TMOs) – 494 Commuter Services, Anoka County TMO, Downtown Minneapolis TMO and St. Paul Smart Trips.
